Supervisory Board

Integralis AG’s supervisory board is comprised of three members who serve a five-year term.
Current supervisory board was appointed by register court.  In accordance with the recommendations of the German Corporate Governance Code, the members of Integralis AG`s Supervisory Board are to be elected at the next annual general meeting.
