Under German Securities law, and as a result of the implementation of the Fourth Financial Markets Promotion Act of July 01, 2002, the German Market Securities Trading Act took effect. This introduces a legal requirement for the members of the Executive Board and Supervisory Board of Integralis AG to disclose the purchase or sale of Integralis AG shares under Art. 15a of the Securities Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz). Para. 6.6 of the German Corporate Governance Code also contains a recommendation on the disclosure of such securities transactions.
